Wealth Management Fee Guidelines

We typically charge an annual fee based on the amount of assets that we manage (AUM) for you. The fee structure is tiered, meaning the more that we manage the lower the overall percentage is. We are happy to discuss the fees in our initial meeting and reserve the right to negotiate the fee as we see fit.

We broke down our fee structure to ensure that the time for each of the 7 AREAS OF FOCUS were factored into the fee that we charge for every client that we work with. We are proud to offer the depth of wealth services that we do and value the amount of time that we spend with each client, every year.

First $1,000,000 AUM….………. 1.40%

($0-$1,000,000 AUM)

Next $2,000,000 AUM….………. 1.33%

($1,000,001-$3,000,000 AUM)

Next $2,000,000 AUM….………. 1.07%

($3,000,001-$5,000,000 AUM)

Next $5,000,000 AUM….………. 0.77%

($5,000,001-$10,000,000 AUM)

More than $10,000,000 AUM. 0.47%

($10,000,001 and over AUM)

Example

If we were to manage $3,500,000 for you, your total annual fee would be approximately 1.31%.

First $1,000,000 at 1.40% = $14,000

$1,000,000 to $3,000,000 ($2,000,000) at 1.33% = $26,600

$3,000,000 to $3,500,000 ($500,000) at 1.07% = $5,350

Total $45,950 divided by $3,500,000 = 1.31%

With AUM of $10,500,500 the fee would be approximately 0.85%, for reference.
